Independent Property Professionals Pty Ltd is an extension of JA Wilkins Real Estate Pty Ltd (formerly the well known Perth real estate agency Hodd Wilkins Pty Ltd).

John Wilkins, the founding proprietor, has WA real estate market experience dating back to 1966.

Positions held include:

Managing Director of Hodd Wilkins Pty Ltd (previously Hodd, Cuthbertson and North). His directorship included the expansion of the commercial, industrial and retail sectors of the business.

International consultant in the London office of Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks.

Marketing Director for the Australasian Group of Debenham Tewson International.

Director of JA Wilkins Real Estate Pty Ltd specialising in Western Australian industrial, commercial and retail projects.

In 2010 the business has re-branded as “Independent Property Professionals Pty Ltd” and we have embarked on a campaign to bring our wealth of experience to the interests of the investor.
